I met the driver at the desination, at the time, on the day arranged. No problems, vehicle however was extremely dirty from being on an open carrier from Texas to Washington State. This was to be expected in Winter though. I also understand that Webster is simply a broker who takes your finder fee of $125.00 up front and then posts the job for a bidder to carry your vehicle. The driver was courteous and friendly, let me know the vehicle needed gas and air in the tires. Cost was lower than other quotes I had but more than some, however the cheaper quotes backed out when they found out exactly where Port Angeles, Washington is on the map. All in all it was a good experience with this company, though it was a frustrating process overall when so many companies responded to my on-line quote requests with promises that could not be kept, and others making negative comments regarding Webster Relocation.
