After i posted my first review the owner of Webster, (Wayne Webster), contacted me and admitted that he owed me a refund . Since then he never has sent the refund and i don't think i will ever get a refund .
During our telephone conference I explained to Wayne that as i had expended money for an airplane ticket and hotel for myself when i went to Florida and picked up the car , i thought those sums should be included in the refund . Wayne disagreed and said they would only refund what i paid them, however even the amount he said he would send has not been received
i would never ever recommend this company to any potential customer

2nd time posting this. Refund was given as agreed. Do not understand where this comes from. Left multiple messages with no answer.
