First off, all deposits are refundable if the vehicle is not scheduled for pickup within 1-10 business days. We offer a refund or to list price to include deposit to pay the carrier. The price quote was expired and had gone up from May to the price in June. We explained the process to the customer and was told that they were in no hurry to get done. The customer opted to list at a lower price than some of the other vehicles were moving at. This does cause a delay and sometimes not to get picked up at all. When customer was calling back and had a deadline we told them what it would take to make the move right away, we listed to get direct price and had a carrier that would pickup at a total of 2000. Customer declined and we refunded deposit as requested. We are sorry the customer is upset as we do try to make everyone happy.
