I booked my car for delivery on 8/26 and was told by Nick that my car would be picked up in 1-5 days-YAH! He also took a deposit from me over the phone, which I found out afterwards was something I probably shouldn't have done. When I got the paperwork from them with the terms it explained 1-10 days for pickup, which is fine, but then don't tell me 1-5. Once my order was placed, I never heard from them unless I initiated the call. Eventually, Nick stopped taking my calls and I got Jonathan, who was more helpful fortunately. When my car was finally booked for pickup after 16 days, with a pickup of 2 days later, I was provided with the information for a trucking company called Truck Movers and a contact of Amanda...FYI- don't want to speak with her in the future either. She never called me back and the one email response I got from her was "short" and not business-like at all. The only good comment I have...the driver that they assigned to our delivery was amazing. I will save that mans contact information for the future, and if I ever need a vehicle moved again, I will call him direct!! He was sweet, his son was sweet, and they delivered my car a day before we thought and he was very courteous to my son and his wife upon delivery! Paul was amazing!!
