My mom was visiting in Massachusetts and emergency occurred. She needed to fly back to Florida and we looked into shipping her car. I requested bids on the internet. Several companies responded. After reviewing all the bids, we chose Webster. They advertised themselves as a honest Christian company that was family run. They stated that they will take care of their customers. Their bid was the 2nd lowest we received. I felt good about going with a "Christian family owned" business. We gave them a deposit of $175. They were suppose to pick the car up on Oct 1. We did not hear from them. We contacted them, Corey said that they have until 10 business days to pick up our car. We gave them 3 weeks. My mom called again and talked to Corey, he stated that my mom didn't need her car right away and he is busy with "snow birds" If we wanted it "rushed" we could pay more money. My mom is a senior citizen. She has to go to doctor's appointments and food shopping. She needs her car. I spoke to Corey about the unprofessionalism, he told me to write an email to the owner Wayne Webster. I wrote the email and I cancelled my contract with Wayne Webster, the owner, for breech of contract and never heard from him. I found a company named Transport Connection who helped me to get her car shipped immediately. The Owner of the new company saw our bid on Central Dispatch and proved to me that Webster has bid so low, no one would pick up the car. I believe they did this to force us to pay more money out of necessity to get the car. I think it is really unfair to take advantage of elderly people on a fixed income, in this manner. As of this posting, Webster Relocation has still not agreed to refund our down payment, or removed our bid on Central Dispatch, or contacted me. In fact, Wayne has increased the bid on Central Dispatch, for our car, with a cancelled contract. It is terrible to treat people this way and to say you are an honest Christian business. I hope this review helps others to not make the same mistake.

We did not raise price, We did have a carrier in the time frame that was requested and at the price quoted. We have had an issue with our competitors calling and belittling and criticizing our company. We will not resort to these tactics. When this happens we will cancel order with customer and refund. I have been attempting to contact the customer on this issue for days now. The customer will not respond to our calls and messages. We have returned the $125 deposit. There was not a $175 deposit, it was $125.
