...I'll start with the bad so you can know what you're getting upfront!.....
When I initially called I was told that my two cars would ship for $1,400-$1600 and it was great that I had called so far ahead of time (3 weeks) because it would not be an issue reaching this price. It was a very firm MAXIMUM price at $1600 when we talked and I truly believed what I was told through the trust we had built in initial conversations. A week later I had heard nothing, I called every few days and received no new information. 5 days before my move date I had still heard nothing - I called Webster and was told that "because this was being done so last minute the price would be $1,900". Last Minute!? Wasn't I just told that I was ahead of time a few weeks ago?! I was Low-Balled and fell for it. I had a lot of stress waiting for the car shipments to be planned and I felt that the communication was weak once my initial deposit was made.

Wayne Webster offered the lowest price and I liked him a lot when we talked so I went with his business. His $500 increase was a huge hit on my expenses and has caused a lot of pain in the initial weeks of my move to California.


......I'll end with the positives so you can give Webster your business!....
Wayne was very nice and treated me like I was very important. He understood that I had never shipped a car before and talked me through the process. The family owned feeling in our conversations is what helped me build up the trust to go with his business. I think it's great how he makes the customer feel important and I hope he continues that because he really stands out in this type of business!

The car was picked up on time and delivered on time and nothing was damaged. This was the most important thing to me, so no complaints here!

Customer needed a precise date that we did not know about until 4 days before it had to be scheduled. We gave him the option with the expedited price or leaving at original price. He opted for expedited to get on specific date. Only reason price changed was the customer had to have done right away. Most are picked up in 1-10 business days as it says in our quote. We called when vehicles were told by him that he was satisfied.
