Awesome customer service, she was able to tell me when another car in my location was available for pickup so I can arrange my car for the same day. It allowed for a better chance of someone picking up both car since we don't get many auto transporter coming through Erie, PA. Last time I went with another broker it took almost 3 weeks for someone to pick up my truck but I was also the only car coming out from Erie at that time so that may have been an issue.
