I needed a small car (saturn sky) shipped from Florida to Illinois. Webster had a good price ($500 mid-way between others lowest & highest bids). Took a little longer than expected to pick up the car, BUT Webster representatives made the extra effort at my request to assist by ADDING BACK IN SOME OF THE DEPOSIT MONEY TO ENCOURAGE A QUICK TRUCK PICK UP. This was unexpected and certainly out of the ordinary. I applaud their efforts to go the "extra mile" to help. They kept the bid at the quoted price ($500) and delivered my car safely to my door. The process was not perfect, (took a few more phone calls and a couple extra days) but life rarely is perfect. Thanks for honoring your word and keeping your promise and delivering my car on budget, safe and sound. Mike C
