First, who compensated him for this? Second, there is no fine print anywhere with us. The customer wanted to move his vehicle at lower price, vehicle was available for 8 business days when asked us why it was not moving. I told him the average is 1-10 business days. He said that was not any where on our forms. We post this everywhere. After a thorough cussing from the customer I told him that if this turned him into a monster tike he was acting, I would refund all his money and he could go elsewhere.
