Yes, the order did not move for 21 days. He was informed that the move was a very hard location and stated to us that he was not in a hurry and wanted to keep the price down. When he called and canceled, he was refunded immediately. Our company does not want or need a customers money for a job or work that we do not do. We are very straight forward on this. If we do not move you vehicle within 1-10 business days, we will not charge you. I can not change this customers mind or attitude, however, I hope our future customers do understand that we strive to meet our customers needs and expectations the are relayed to us by the customer.
