So got a call from Wayne that went to my voicemail saying he was going to credit $75 of the money that he was charged as my husband explained it was told to him that they felt terrible about the service they provided, see my review below, and didn't want to treat military that way. It has been several weeks and our credit card still has not been credited $75. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..sad thing is that we know so many military personnel that are moving and need a car moved plus we are doing the exact same thing in two years so guess which company we are NOT going to use or recommend?! Also my husband knows the roster of who the families that are moving out of the bases all over the world and most would need auto transport services..too bad that they couldn't afford $150 out of their business to get our repeated and referral business! READ REVIEW BELOW.....Treated our military family HORRIBLY STAY FAR AWAY there are other companies that you can use...gave us a bid which was lower than the competitors but we were flexible on the transport as we didn't need the car right away since figured that was why we were getting a deal. .they also charged $150 upfront but delayed their communication to us on when we were gonna get our car two weeks after they were supposed to pick it up..we had to leave it at a friends house and waited and waited for pickup..finally the agent confesses the bid is too low and we had to pay an addtl $150 bringing the cost to $800 to transport the car..we were FURIOUS when they charged us more money but had to do it by that time as we were running out of time..PLEASE EVERYONE DON'T TAKE ANY CHANCES on this company...we finally got our car but one month later and instead of compensating us they charge us more money!!!!
