We had tried another, cheaper service and kept getting promises and no pickup and request for more money. As soon as we signed up with Webster Services, we received an email and shortly thereafter a phone call during which the pickup was scheduled for a Thursday between 10 and 12. At that time, the dropoff date was estimated, correctly, to be about a week later on Wednesday or Thursday. We received a call the day before dropoff and the driver, with Rebel Yell Transport, was right on time (scheduled between 10 and 12, he arrived just after 10. The van was dirty but that was expected since it was an open transport. Otherwise, everything was in order. The driver was friendly, respectful, etc at both ends.
