I received a on line quote from this company that was about 50 dollars cheaper than all other companies. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to cancel the transportation. I received an e-mail confirmation that Wayne Webster had received the cancellation notification on July 1. On July 10th I had an anrgy trucker call my house wanting to transport my car. He had booked the transport on July 5th, a good four days after I had cancelled the transport. Because the transport was booked the compamny is keeping my $100 dollar deposit even though they received my cancellation request long before the transport was booked. All attempts to contact the company since have been in vain.

Your dates are way wrong. The date the truck tried to contact you the day after you cancelled. I am sorry that happened. He had not check his messages and did not know it was cancelled. I did the job I was hired to do. I try to always do it in a timely manner. I can not operate for free when you change your mind. I offered a 50% refund and have not heard from this customer since.
