I was unsure who to go with - so I headed to this site. I went with one of the lowest costs and wasn't happy about putting down the $100 deposit, but they assured me it would be refunded in 10 business days if my vehicle wasn't picked up and they had great reviews on this site. My vehicle was a 2008 with only 7,xxx miles on it - so I was a bit nervous. I went for it and am SUPER glad I did. I paid Webster the $100 via Paypal, they posted it on a transport board. Trucking companies then review the board and choose which vehicles they want to ship.

My vehicle was assigned a company within 3 days. It was picked up on Saturday morning and arrived at it's destination on Monday afternoon. The driver called me several times with updates and was extremely polite. My vehicle wasn't super clean, but that was no fault of the drivers. He hit some heavy rains on his trip out here, which you have to expect. They have no control over the weather. My car was on an open transporter on the bottom almost in the middle. I think that was an ideal place to have it. I would DEFINITELY use Webster's service again. The trucking service that actually picked up the car & delivered it was called Coastal Auto Transport LLC (910)429-9902. My experience was easy, fast and extremely smooth. Oh, one other thing, the driver usually requests cash upon delivery or a cashier's checks. No checks or credit cards - - this is normal operation.

Don't let the "BIG" guys call you and email you telling you not to go with the lowest priced one. I had a guy do this and actually tell me the car would sit on the board for weeks and no driver would pick it up. He said the deposit you give goes to the company that places it on the board and if they told me $650 total cost with $100 deposit, only $550 would go the driver and that worked out to .33 cents a mile and no driver would pick it up. He was very pushy & I didn't choose him and couldn't have been happier with my decision. The company that picked up my truck had a truck that was only 1 year old and a wonderful happy driver. :-)
