We hired Wayne a few weeks prior to my departure from NY to TX, at first when speaking to him on the phone, he was pleasant and reassuring of pick up date. Five days prior to my fly out date and after numerous phone calls and emails, Wayne failed to provide me with a pick up date timely. When comfronted, he turned very nasty and stated that " just hold on and we will get you a pick up date" a day when by and no answer so I decided to hire another company who luckly was able to pick up my cars with just four days notice. I hired National Auto transport and they were reliable and excellent. I asked Wayne at that point to cancel my order due to the failure of providing a pick up date and that's when he lost it, and told me that I will not be getting my $200 deposit back due to breech of contract. I went ahead and openned a dispute with paypal and consequently had to open one with my credit card. After nearly four months of dispute, phone calls, emails, and time I finally won the dispute. Word of advise, DO NOT CHOOSE this company and if you do keep a trail of every single conversation and email, because you will need it. GOOD LUCK!!

This person agreed to a 7-10 day window. The vehicle was scheduled for pickup on the 7th day and the customer calls me to cancel stating that the found someone that could pick it up for less money. I do not refund the deposit on cancellations such as this. It is agreed in the contract. Pay pal found in my favor. I submitted the document they needed. next the customer list it as a none authorized charge on their credit card and the credit card company cancelled payment to pay pal. I wish I could make everyone happy. But there are some that we will never be able to satisfy.
