My Tacoma had a blown cylinder and had to be transported back to Pasadena. The Driver (trucker) was on time to mechanic's shop in Tracy California and he arrive early the following day in Pasadena. Since it was night, after 8pm the trucker coordinated with me to meet off the freeway for me to make payment and then he continued on to drop off the truck at the dealership. I was hesitant to pay for the total bill before it was delivered as it could have been damaged in the last 15 miles, but in the end, everything worked out well and the truck was delivered without any issue, waiting for the Service Department the following day.
My experience could have just been fortunate, but I believe that the company is reputable and did a good job in following through on the delivery.
