I do not understand some people. This customer calls me weeks after the car is delivered and tells me there is damage. I do not know about the inspection report. I have tried to contact the truck that delivered it and he said the driver is no longer working for him. I turned a claim over to the insurance. They stated that it had been too long since delivery for the claim. I told this customer this. What more could I do. If I had any damage the we caused I would make sure the insurance would pay. Kind of hard to do when you do not find out about it for weeks. Personally I would have been all over the phone to get it paid for, if the vehicle was mine.
