I was leery of using this company upon looking at the quality of the reviews. But I decided to take a chance on saving up to $350 in shipping costs, based on the quotes from other companies. I placed my order on June 22 after confirming with an individual named Jared that I should have the car picked up in approximately 5-6 days and that the final price would be the quoted $903. I was instructed that the paypal link on the website was the best way to handle the deposit. After 10 days I sent emails to both the webster hotmail and Mr. Webster's supposed personal email on his website inquiring as to the status of shipment of my vehicle. I was given no response to these attempts of correspondence.

I understand that shipping vehicles is not as simple as other modes of delivery, but responding to a customers concerns should be addressed by a professional, well structured business. I had been patient as to this may be a difficult city to deliver my vehicle to. After 13 days I called and spoke to an employee at webster hauling named Amanda that stated that my car had been put up on a board and would require an increase in the shipping cost to perform this shipment. I likely would not have been upset at this fact and may have shipped the vehicle with a price increase. But, I decided that neglect to respond to inquiries would likely continue. I requested to have my deposit refunded and was told that it would take a week and a half to refund my deposit because the supervisor was on vacation and a post-it note would put on his desk. The name of that supervisor was not given to me at this phone call with Amanda. After a week and a half I had to call and speak to Jared who refunded my deposit via paypal while I was on the phone.

The short of the long is that I feel an email describing the shipping process better to customers should be in order and that response to inquiries into the shipment are the minimum a business should extend. As I stated before, I would have been willing to work with a company that would work with me. I felt overall that this company was a major inconvenience to my ability to ship my vehicle in a timely manner. I generally do not regard reviews as beneficial unless someone has either done exemplary work or extremely poor. It seems that there is no middle ground with this company. This fact concerned me in the beginning of this process and it should for potential customers.

With blessings,
-Eric

This customer was emailing my personal email and I was on vacation. I am sorry I did not catch those emails while gone. If I had we would have had him taken care of way before this got out of hand. When the customer did cal. Amanda had told him if he wanted it faster we could a, it may cost a little more. He declined and we refunded the deposit. This whole situation was of my error. I am truly sorry we failed in this. However, We move over 70 cars per month and those customers are very happy and most come back. For some reason the majority that come here are the ones that did not go well. We strive to take care of our customers base very hard. Thank you for understanding and God Bless.
