I used PayPal on July 19, 2010 to pay a $100 deposit to move a van from TN to Nebraska. I received a thanks for the order email almost immediately and another identical the next morning but have heard absolutely nothing since. I have requested a refund but have again heard absolutely nothing. BBB will evidently have to be the next step. The van is still in TN.

I receiver the cancellation and the customer received his deposit the same day. BBB has reviewed this and closed the case as we did do everything we could for the customer. Thanks and God Bless.
