I was concerned about the low bids that came as soon as I requested online quotes. If you are going with the lowest quotes you receive, it is not equitable for drivers to pick up your vehicle. Reading the horror postings of upcharges when vehicles were delivered and drivers threatening to put vehicles in storage untill their upcharges were paid, I asked Wayne about extra toll and insurance charges that the driver might impose once our vehicle arrived. I was assured that the price that Webster Services quoted was the final charge that was due. Webster's quote included a broker's fee that was half of other quotes I recieved. I had questions about the pricing, pickup and timing and all questions were answered promptly. The only hold up we experienced was an additional day delay because of the Thanksgiving weekend. I was kept abreast throughout the transport from coast to coast regarding timing and delivery date. Webster Services is a very reputable business and very professional. I hold their business ethics in high regard and would freely recommend them to family and friends. You could not make a more finer choice in vehicle transportation. Remember, you get what you pay for. Note, there is zero compensation for this review.
