I paid the deposit back on 2/10, and the car has not yet been picked up. Other than the confirming email stating my order had been placed, I have not heard from them. I did call them once, and the individual I spoke to seemed to be in a rush and answered my call quickly and with minimal conversation.

I have now emailed asking for a cancellation and refund on my deposit. Just curious as to how long it will take them to respond. Hopefully not long since I would like to move my business to another transport company so I can have my car shipped to me.

I was a bit disappointed as I chose Webster on them being a Christian organization. They were not the least expensive in the quotes I received, but were near the lowest. So I decided to go with them due to being a Christian organization.

I do not think they are out to take my money, just not as prompt as I would like them to be. Sorry we could not do business.

We inform all our customers that most vehicles are picked up within 1-10 business days. This car has been available for 5 days as of this post. We are sorry if you are upset. We will be calling you to find a remedy. Thank you and God Bless. Wayne Webster
