I placed an order back on 3/12/2011 for 99 Tacoma be picked up and delivered from Hatboro, PA to Canton, MS. I requested the earliest date be 3/14/2011...on the order it stated that it could take 1-10 business days. Needless to say as I'm typing right now it is 4/6/2011. I've called on serval occasions...a couple of times I've spoken with Mr. Webster himself. He could never give me an answer as to when the vehicle would be picked up. All I got was whenever a truck is in that area and they were backed up because of gas prices. Spoke with Mr. Webster on 3/29/2011, and he said to give him to the end of the week and if nothing had happened he would contact me back. Well he never contacted me back and I've emailed him on serval occasions. He stated to me that he responds to all the emails that come in. I've emailed the company from different email address that they have posted. And those are (waynewebster@websterservices.com, waw84@hotmail.com, and websterservices@hotmail.com). It's sad to say but it's almost a month and the company has not tried to contact me nor have they replied to any of my emails. I don't think I will be using this company again.

I am sorry this one did not get moved. We had some issues with the East coast during this time frame due to the rising cost of fuel. I did find the issue with the email, the my return emails were going to a junk email folder on his computer. I have refunded the deposit completely. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
