This company was the contract carrier for an order I placed with Mercury Auto Transport. Every contact I had with this company was filled with rudeness and lies. They told me they couldn't pick up at my house, but the guy I met in Seattle had a flatbed that he could have easily used to pick up my car. They told me my car was on the road on the 29th of December, the GPS tracker I had in the car says it left Seattle on the 3rd of January. They told me they hit weather and were going 35mph for a long time, the GPS tracker says they were making good time the entire time. They didn't even try to get my car to me on time, and when I called them on it after delivery they just ignored me.
