We used AGAPE as the agent to book our transport from the port in Long Beach to upstate NY. They contracted with West Coast Auto Trans. We were very concerned as the reviews have not been good. The service they provided was superior! They picked up at the port on the 1st day of availability, drove the vehicle cross country by open carrier and delivered 4 days early. My wife received the car and told me the driver was very nice and profesional. He delivered during the day and took the vehicle off the truck so she could inspect it prior to her payment and signing for it. Simply put, the driver was outstanding and this company provided us with top notch service. We have had bad experiences in the past(read my reviews on express delivery inc. and south metro transport). So I am not just being nice here. I hope others will continue to get great service from West Coast. Thanks.
