Originally booked a one way delivery of my car, Thru the Broker 'Total Car Shipping'. They Hired a company called West Coast Auto Transport, based out of Fontana California, to handle the shipment. The original Pick-up date that I confirmed thru Total Car Shipping was to be on Wed. or Thurs., but if they had someone sooner, Tuesday, would be fine. Sarah from Total Car Shipping said that she confirmed a Saturday pick-up. I told her that I really was not happy with that, but if that was all she could confirm, that that would be fine, as long as it was definately picked up on Saturday. On Monday afternoon of the following week 3 days late... the car was finally picked up. I was told by the broker company that it would take 5-7 days, from the pick-up fay to reach California. It took 10......So I received my car 6 days later than was promised....6 days of a rental car $120, 2 hours of work missed waiting for the driver to finally show up $120. If you are looking to ship your car, and are using a Broker, make sure they don't use West Coast Auto Transport, Inc. And if that is your only option, make sure they don't use "Booker" The driver, or you will be sorry.
