I placed an order with AAA Automovers last December 27th. They subcontracted the job to West Coast Auto Transport and it all went downhill. The car wasn't picked up until the 20th of February, I dealt with a lady from the company that was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She had no business working in a position where human interaction is required. My car sat around their lot for a couple of weeks before I finally got ticked-off and got AAA Automovers involved, which I should have done long before. The car eventually made it to me on February 4th. I didn't realize how inefficient a company could be until I found this company. My advice to anyone that considers moving an automobile...don't dare think about West Coast Auto Transport, unless you have plenty of time and plenty of patience.
