I had an issue with my driver, Viktor. He acted very unprofessional. I was told that my car would be shipped to me on Sunday, June 26th. However, I didn't get it until Friday, July 1. I understand that things can get hectic, but not once did I ever receive a call from Viktor about the status update of my car. I contacted him on many occasions and every time he was extremely rude to me. He hung up on me twice and told me that "he did not care about my car."
I tried contacting the company before I posted my review and got no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I've heard of people having horrible issues with their car being transported and now I am one of them. If this review can help anyone, go somewhere else.
