This company is horrible Do Not Use warning ?? . pick up date for car 7/23 I was told 5-7 days for delivery , or by 7/31 when I noticed I had not heard from driver or my broker I reached out to him, and he was advised that the driver broke down over that weekend and my car would be here by the 8/3 . Well no car on 8/3 , at this point I need to speak with the driver and he advised me he would be here ( Columbus Ga) Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Talking about pissed ! Dispatch called me I expressed how this was unacceptable , that I now have missed more than a week of pay , however when my car arrives they will won’t there cash for such poor service. I asked if they would give me some kind of dissent off the rate of $1100 ! The answer was no , at this point my husband had to speak with dispatch and advised him of how poor the service was and how they kept giving us the run around with lies no one never could tell us exactly where the driver was with the vehicle? After some back and fourth he finally agreed to take $50 off a joke begin that I lost way more in pay wages, as I talk with the driver on 8/6 he advised me he would be delivering The vehicle that night ! Yes after midnight of course. Speaking with the driver he advised me though they picked my car up on 7/23 they did not leave Washington state until 8/1 .. yeah I’m confused too why in the hell was I told right? I really feel like I was lied too I feel that this company takes from customers Really doesn’t care about satisfaction Or making sure the customer is happy with their service. And to not even discount but $50 dollars off after having my car for 14 days ! You can use them if you won’t but they have no compassion for their customers, all about the money for this company. If I could I would put them out of business ! Who wants to go through 14 days no car , lost of pay . I have had cars shipped before and by far this is the worst experience I have had in shipping a car. West coast Auto Transport service inc, oh I forgot to tell y’all when my car was picked up 7/23 it went to the company parking lot per the driver! So see I was told my car left Tacom Washington on 7/23 ?? So what day did my car ship?
