I arranged a pickup, they charged a deposit, assuring me the driver would call be the night before to arrange the exact time. Driver never called. I caled Weston, spoke to someone in Quotes dept (Customer Service never answer phone) and they said they would look into it and call me back. Nothing happened. I called numerous times and the phones were either left to auto ansewer or someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
