Very good follow-up and communications in terms of when, where, how, etc. We were under a tight time line and Sue did the job. She also followed up after delivery to make sure everything went off as scheduled.
Our daughter was flying in to meet the delivery truck but got held up because of bad weather but the truck stayed at the delivery destination untill she arrived approx. 3 hours late. My daughter was able to contact the driver and advise him of her delay.
Everyone was very professional.
