Sue was very helpful in discussing the logistics of setting up a transport for our car. She listened attentively to our time constraints and was polite each time I called to check up on things. Once the ship date got close, she followed up several times with the carrier and with me to ensure that everything was proceeding as promised. The driver was easy to get a hold of, and kept us informed as to where he was, where he was going to be next and when he would arrive. He arrived just as promised right on time. There were no hitches, no hidden costs or unexpected surprises. The car was dirty when we received it, the driver apologized. It was an open transport and there were lots of bugs from the dry, hot drive. Nothing you wouldn't expect though, and no damage at all. We were very happy with Wheeler Shipping. I felt like we were in very good hands which is comforting when you are moving and have a lot going on. I would use her shipping company again.
