Since I had such great service from Sue with the transport from Ohio to Connecticut, I promptly called her to move another large old Cadillac from California to Connecticut. Pick up was on time. After 8 days or so I called sue, got the transport company number who inturn gave me the drivers cell phone number. After bout 8 days, I called the driver and left a message to find out the ETA. I needed to make room for the car. I left 2 messages, no response. Called Sue. She contacted him but no ETA yet. I was told from the start I would get 12 to 24 hours notice before the car arrives. I got 3 hours notice. Fortunatly, I was avaialble.

The car was covered in dirt and salt which was a bit more than I expected even in an open trailer. Overall the driver was knowledgable and courtious. It was hard to really inspect the vehicle at night with all of the dirt. There is someting white on the convertible top but that may have been there before shipment so I am not upset about it. I would use Wheeler again but would like a little better communications from the driver which she cannot control. The first shipment service from both Sue and the driver were awsum.
