Wheeler was a Great Experience

Since this was the first time we have used a transport broker/company, I read many reviews from this site and did alot of research before finally deciding on Wheeler Shipping. From the initial contact of the company, to the time after delivery of our vehicle when Sue called to ask how the delivery went was a great experience. I talked to both Sue and Laray initially. They were both very informative and patient with all of my questions and delivered a price quote to me shortly after my first phone call. The quote they gave me was a little lower than the quote that their website calculated, which showed me that they wanted my business. The couple of times that I had to call Sue to update our contact information with her, she always answered the phone right away, and I was never placed on hold. A transport company, JFG Transport Inc., was assigned to us about 5 days after our first available pick up day. A relative placed our vehicle, a full sized Bronco, on the carrier in Florida 5 days after the carrier was assigned and was told that it would be in California in about 8 days. We received a call from the driver the evening of the 6th day to say he would be delivering our Bronco the next morning. The driver for JFG Transport was very professional and knew what he was doing. Ultimately, start to finish of the pick up and transportation took 17 days. This is the time frame we were expecting since the carrier was driving coast to coast. We would definitely use and recommend Wheeler Shipping again based on their professionalism, personal service, and integrity.
