This is the first time I've ever transported a car. I did a lot of research on which would be the best transporting company with the best price. But even with all the research and reading reviews, I think a lot of it just comes down to luck, and I guess I was lucky. La'Ray with Wheeler shipping was extremely HELPFUL, and super nice. I had to cancel on her twice, but she was very understanding and rescheduled the pick up both times. The transport company picked up the car when they said they would and delivered the car in an AMAZING 5 days. The only problem I had with the carrier, and this is minor, was that he said he would deliver the car between 6-8am, and he didn't deliver it until 5pm, but I have to be honest, I only left him 1 voice mail, and I'm sure others would've called him constantly and found out he was running late. To me this is a minor infractiion because I didn't really have anything to do on that day, but this might cause a problem for other people. Overall, I'm very pleased with the broker Wheeler Shipping, and grateful to have my car. Hope this review helps.
