I was going to use another auto transporter, when I realized, rather late, that they had messed up my order by 1 month. (Lesson to everyone, read your contract carefully before signing.) Instead of picking up my car the next day, they were scheduled to pick it up 1 month and 1 day later. I frantically called around and Sue was there to help me on a holiday (Memorial Day) no less. I missed my original pickup date by 1 week, but everything worked out fine. Sue Wheeler gave excellent customer service and called me pack numerious times while we weighed various options. I would definitely use Wheeler Shipping again.
