Initial delay in pick-up but superb follow-up

I picked Wheeler based on internet recs just like this site. Other brokers had offered similar if not lower pricing with stipulation that deposits were fully refundable or not charged until booking. Wheeler did not make such offer, but nevertheless I went with them based on reputation alone.

I did experience delays in getting my vehicle booked/ picked up (8 days). I was frustrated, nevertheless, I knew it was beyond the brokerage's control.

Sue worked very hard to alleviate my rising concern and always returned my calls. She even agreed to do some cost sharing to entice shippers to pick up my car. In the end it wasn't neccessary. Through her efforts she was able to get a carrier to pick up at the original cost.

Even more, the carrier made blazing speed (only 3 1/2 days) coast to coast. ultimately that made up some of the delay and I was very satisfied.

Sue worked with me to turn a potentially frustrating situation to a pleasant outcome.
