Wheeler transport delivered as promised.. and then some.

I looked all around for a carrier that could pick up my new Porsche as soon as it was released by the dealer. Sue found a truck that picked up the car the very same day as the dealer would release it (even when the dealer changed the date, twice) and I got the car delivered a thousand miles away in 3 days!

They handled the whole pick up schedule directly with the dealer and did not require my involvement which was very nice. The car was delivered on time and their inspection of the car was top notch (noting small imperfections on the car before loading it from the dealer).

Wheeler was a top notch company at one of the best rates out there. I received a quote from DAS for $1200.00 and a 10 day delivery window because they stated that Porsche's have unibody construction and therefore are not loadable on an open carrier due to clearance issues which means I would only be able to transport it in an enclosed truck (doubling the price).

However, no other carrier I spoke with had this problem with this type of car and the fact it arrived in my garage in perfect shaped proved that the little guys aren't blowing smoke to get the business.

So overall I would highly recommend Wheeler based on price and level of service. I received good communication of schedule and the fact they dealt so professionally with my dealer was an added bonus.

Wheeler will be my first stop should I need another transport company.
