My vehicle was delivered and I witnessed damage to bottom bumper as it was being driven off the ramp and also damage to one of the rims. Filed a claim with their insurance company, found out that Wheels on Wheels Carriers gave my car to another company in LA as it came from Florida to deliver it to another location in CA. Spoke to the company that set this carrier up for me and they said this is illegal as this company doesn't have a brokers license and can't give my car just to another company as they have documentation stating this. I was offered $200 to go away and cancel the insurance claim, but the estimate is $1175.42 to fix the vehicle and Wheels on Wheels is saying that it's the resposibility of the company that they hired illegal, but how can any company get away with this.
