I have never used a broker to ship a vehicle but Dorel was great. He answered the phone every time I called him and took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of shipping a vehicle. We had the first transporter all set up and there was a misunderstanding regarding the location and he just took off. Not very professional on the truckers part but Dorel found another transport several days later and the vehicle was on its way. If you need a broker do not hesitate using Dorel. He has a funky accent which may throw you at first but I trusted him and he delivered on everything he promised. I will only use Dorel and Wheels on Wheels in the future as my broker when shipping vehicles. I am not being compensated for this review. I am just a man in Colorado who bought a jeep on EBAY and needed to get it to Colorado from Georgia. The vehicle was oversized but Dorel dealt with all of the limitations and everything worked out great.
