Best service EVER!!! First timer for transporting a car, it was unknown territory for me. I was so sceptical & worried about transporting our vintage car. I put one e-mail out to the universe & then I was flooded with calls & e-mails in return. Called back, spoke with & e-mailed all back. Still had concerns of the unknown. Until I spoke to this girl with Wheels Up Auto Transport (Melanie) she spoke to me as a person not a sale. She verbally made me a promise that she would find a carrier for our car & get it out to me. I said ok & took that leap of faith. She called me back within an hour & said; "I have a carrier for you that I trust" she gave me all the info for QExpress, told me the procedure. Even gave me her personal cell. 7 days later I have the car!!!! QExpress was professional from dispatch (Omar) to the driver (Pablo). Thank YOU Melanie. It is refreshing to meet someone in this day & age that keeps their word & does business with honor, integrity & honesty. Blessings, denise georgevitch
