Melanie is a great person with a helpful personality. Friendly and she makes you feel that everything will work out! We signed with another broker and he stood us up. He took our money and our cars didn’t move. So we were desperate at finding someone to transport our cars due to us being military and needing to report to our next duty station in time. Some way some how we found Melanie and she was heaven sent. She told us a set date and the guy was there to pick up the cars! Elvis was EXCELLENT!!! They both were easy to work with and nothing less than SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!We will be using her company again when our time is up from this duty station.
