Arrived Damage - Company Won't Acknowledge

Our vehicle arrived without a back spoiler. The driver claimed it flew off on the road but the paint transfer and $1000 bill for missing parts says otherwise (including our back hatch, which is now out of alignment). We have had the vehicle serviced recently so we know it is in excellent condition and it's less than five years old. The driver ran under something but refuses to acknowledge the damage. Two months of fighting insurance company to get them to respond. Avoid this company! They lie to their customers and will not respect your property enough to get it to you in one piece.
