The customer service contact person was very helpful. She let me know the status of my account and was very friendly. Something was lost in communication with the actual transporter. When delivering the car, I thought I was going to have an hour to meet him. But he was already at the destination address. I felt bad that he had to wait. Otherwise, easy transition to my new job.
