Very easy experience

Timeframe to setup the move was not tight, and I wouldn't recommend the basic service to someone who's on a tight schedule. It may be worthwhile to pay extra for guaranteed services when time is of the essence.

The truck driver called me the day before he came to get it, then called the next day to keep me up to date on the schedule and pick up time, which was helpful so I didn't have to wait around.

On the 9th day, I started to get curious as to when the car would be delivered as we were supposed to receive a call the day before delivery and we were quoted about 10 days for delivery. I called the carrier directly at the number they gave me for questions. She looked up my bill of lading and advised the driver would be calling today as he was expected in San Diego the following day.

Due to timing, it worked out better for us to meet the driver about 15 miles north of San Diego to get the car. Certainly it would have been delivered right to our door, however, we decided to get it directly rather than wait until the next day since it was so close by.

Everyone through the whole process was very helpful and made this process as simple as shipping a box through the mail.
