Wise - - good choice

Wise AutoShipping are the real deal. These folks are in the business to compete and stay for the long haul. First off, I was given a quote and then a $50 reduced fare if I committed online within 24hrs. I did that. But the rate came across as the original. This is after I had already given my credit card info etc.... I called explaining the discount that did not apply. No problem. It was handled very very professionally. Ok cool. I have a winner here. Well ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico to PORTLAND, Maine is not exactly a busy route. So I waited the grace period of 10days for something to happen. I called concerned that my order was going to turn into a waste of time. AS you all know, brokers are only as good as the suppliers willing to take that job posted. Within 24hrs, I was informed that a driver was picking the car up. It was picked up on a Monday and I was inspecting it on that friday. I would not believe it. I learned from the driver that Wise actually upped the offer (taking from their own commission) to get my car loaded and delivered. I could not imagine any other vendor out there that would do that. I believe many would call you to say no drivers are willing to take your vehicle and keep the commission. Wise kept only $50 from the deal. You tell me these guys are not in the business to stay. They may not have made alot of money from the deal, but they certainly have won over a customer for life. I'll tell others to consider no other.
