This was a great experience and I would recommend this company to a friend. I was a little leery about shipping a vehicle with a transporter, but after doing a little research I found that wise auto had one of the best ratings on the Better Business Bureau scoring an A- and one of the better price quotes (I never heard back from the company that had a lower quote). Nathan answered many question and I found that Wise Auto shipping's policy is very flexible. I was not able commit to using Wise Auto shipping until 3 weeks after the original conversation and quoted price. When I called to make my order for the shipping Wise honored the original quote.

Once I submitted my order the car, I received an email that the car was "dispatched" to a company that would be handling the transport. This happened the day after I signed the contract. Next, I received an email that the car had been scheduled for pick-up which would happen a day later. In that email it gave me a 2 day window the car would be dropped off. Wise said that I would be be contacted when the driver was close to his destination. I didn't hear anything the first day of the delivery time window and was going to be tied up the next day for an hour in the morning, so I called Wise customer service to find out where the driver was in route. They contacted the driver and found out that the driver estimated the delivery for the late afternoon. There ended up being a glitch and the driver was stuck a couple of hours away, so the delivery was changed to the next morning which made it a day past the delivery window. This didn't create a problem in my schedule and if it had then the driver of the company would have been willing to work around my schedule.

Wise Auto Shipping is a great company to work with. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with during the whole transaction.
