Until they wanted their money. Nathan was nice at first and seemed to know what was what, but after our first communication he was pretty non existent. Another representative called me to tell me they couldn't run the charge on my card, which was understandable because I hadn't added funds to it until a couple of days before the First Available Pick Up date (which was on a Friday). Apparently they had "booked" a carrier but failed to let me know this. The contract states: "When we find a carrier for your vehicle, we will immediately notify you by email". Never happened. Actually what did happen was (Thursday) my friend who had the keys to the vehicle (and was expecting them to pick up on Friday) was at work when the driver called him to tell him he'd be there in an hour or so to pick up the vehicle. Needless to say, my friend had to take off from work, rush home and be there to give the truck driver the keys. We managed. Nathan contacted me later to tell me my card was not allowing the charge to be run on my card for the deposit and told me if I didn't pay that they would inform the carrier to place the car in a storage facility where I would incur fees and what not...basically I felt was a threat. The problem as it turned out was that my card had a security block on it to which I corrected. I left 3 messages for Nathan to let him know that first I would contact the card company and find out what the problem was, then 2 to let him know that all was fixed. I didn't hear back from Nathan until 3 days later. What was funny about the whole thing was Nathan estimated the day of delivery to be about 7 days, the car was there in 4, which of course left us running around like a bunch of chickens 'cause we didn't know anything until the driver called to let my son know his car was "outside"! The funny part is Nathan called me after we settled the debt and got the car to tell me my card wasn't working and he was going to call the carrier and tell them to put the car in storage. Honestly in my mind I'm thinking "go ahead, call them, I dare you". Obviously Nathan hadn't checked his messages, but he did manage to run my card that same day and viola! it worked. Imagine that! He called later to tell me to disregard his first message. Gee, really? Obviously they are only concerned with getting "paid" because they want nothing to do with you after that. I wasn't informed of the "pick up" or carrier as they stated in their contract, the only person who let us know they were coming or going was the truck driver. Honestly I spent $150 to make an appointment after that anything went! I won't be using these guys again, even if they give me a $10 ticket to see a movie...which btw only covers a child's admission.

Customer's credit card was denied upon scheduling pickup. When we contacted customer to resolve this matter, she informed us that the funds would be available the next day (day of pickup). Usually, we will not allow this, but we gave the customer the benefit of the doubt and scheduled pickup anyways. Vehicle was picked up the next day as promised. Card was declined again and again daily for four days. Tried to contact customer multiple times to recover payment. Customer never picked up phone or returned phone calls. Customer was informed that if payment was not made in full upon delivery we would be forced to place the vehicle in storage at their expense. By no means was the customer ever threatened. She was simply informed that if she did not have the money to pay, then her vehicle could not be delivered. In regards to the transport itself. The vehicle was picked up right on time and delivered early without a scratch.
