Customer was given 1 to 5 day pickup window for Standard Service. Carrier would have been scheduled on the 5th and final day of pickup window. Customer canceled before we could contract the carrier. We are sorry to lose Charlie as a customer and will use this feedback to further improve our Dispatch and Customer Service Departments/Procedures.
