I WILL NOT BE CONTRACTING WISE AGAIN

I spoke with Nathan to get things all set up everything seemed like it would go smoothly. I was suppose to be contacted within 1-2 days after my intial conversation with a date for pickup. I was not contacted until day 5, then to only be notified that because of the holiday drivers were not available. By the end of day 5 I was contacted with a pickup date. My car was to be delievered 10 days after pickup which my understanding was 5-7 days. Two days before the car was to arrive the trucking company contacted me saying the driver took a couple of additional days off so the car would arrive 2 days past the scheduled date. On the day of arrival I get a call the driver can't make his drop off in another city so now I have to wait another day. It took 13 days from pickup to arrival not what I expected, not pleased. I phoned Nathan to find out who I needed to make the check payable too he DID NOT return my call. It was to be made out to the trucking company I had it made out to WISE since that's who I hired. The driver had a problem with that IF Nathan would have returned my call this mistake would NOT have happened. When I phoned Ashley about the check mishap you could tell she was disinterested in it all. She was suppose to call the driver to find out what he wanted to do then CALL ME BACK. That was 6 hours ago I still have NOT heard back from her and I'm sure the driver is long GONE. Wise was pleasant to get my business afterwards I didn't find them to be to WISE.

We apologize to Ms. Brunson for the inconvenience she experienced with the payment terms on this order. However, we do not believe this one issue warrants a negative review of this level. Reason being, Wise Auto Shipping's payment terms are clearly explained in all communications with our customers. Both before and after booking their shipment. Specifically in our term and conditions, which Ms. Brunson signed upon placing her order, it clearly states "The balance of the total transport cost will be due upon delivery in cash or cashiers check. If paying by cashiers check, please make payable directly to the Carrier and NOT TO Wise Auto Shipping. We will provide you with the name of the carrier company upon booking." Once Ms. Brunson's order was contracted with the carrier, she was immediately notified via email and also through our online order tracking system. At this point the carriers name and contact information is provided so that the customer can get a certified check ready for delivery. Again we apologize to Ms. Brunson for any inconvenience and will use this review to help us better our customer service and operating procedures in the future.
