I have never had to have a car transported, let alone as far across the country as Las Vegas to Miami. I talked to many transport companies. One guy even called me and told me he was emailing me and when I received it to call him back.. and then he hung up on me. Dont worry, he received an email back explaining the virtues of customer service. I talked to another guy, that when I called him, I waited in line to reach a customer service person, who transferred me to him. When I asked for direct line. He "guessed" what it was. When I called back it was a fax line. When I finally reached him again, he again guessed what the number was.. again.. not it. Obviously I didnt use them, because if I had this much of a problem reaching him to purchase, cant imagine what would happen if I had a problem.
Then I talked to Heidi at Wise transport. She gave me direct, no nonsense answers. What I could expect and she had a phone number that WAS her direct line.
It took a little longer than the 5 day window, but it didnt matterthe customer service was right there and kept in communication,and that made me comfortable.


It was delivered one day earlier than expected. The driver was really nice to my daughter,which is always a bonus! Thank You Wise Auto!
